I'm a Director of Software Engineering leading globally distributed teams delivering data-intensive healthcare platforms. But I care less about shipping code and more about designing the system behind the system. The hard part of building software has never been writing the code. I'm focused on AI as a force multiplier for engineering, not as a headcount play, but as a communication play.
